Shipping policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. All orders are currently shipped via USPS. 

If you realize that your address is incorrect before your order has shipped, please email us as soon as possible at authorkiriahkache@gmail.com to request a free correction.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, Kiriah Kache is not responsible for any issues that may arise during transit, including but not limited to:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment or suite numbers)

• Lost or stolen packages

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at the time of purchase. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will gladly re-ship it—however, an additional shipping fee will apply.
