Shipping policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. All orders are shipped via UPS.

If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at authorkiriahkache@gmail.com. We will gladly update your address at no additional charge prior to shipment.

Once an order has been transferred to UPS, Kiriah Kaché is not responsible for issues that occur during transit, including but not limited to:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer  
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages  
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers), the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost required to resend the order.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. Kiriah Kaché is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refused deliveries, or packages deemed delivered by the shipping carrier.
